Graduated from Renmin University of China, received a diploma from Beijing Normal University’s finance doctoral training class in 2011, and is currently practicing law at Shanghai TIGEM Law Firm.

Since practicing law, he has focused on securities and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has promoted the business team to complete special legal services for the New OTC listings of more than a dozen companies including 830908 Pronovi, 837576 Yoshiyama Aizu, 870227 Minxing Biotechnology, and 833533 Junchuang Technology; Subsequently, he served more than ten New Third Board companies such as 530521 Kangjie Medical, 836422 Runpu Food, and 832559 Panda Dairy as securities consultants; in 2018, he successfully undertook legal services for the public issuance of GEM convertible bonds of 300265 Tongguang Packaging. In 2020, his team successfully handled 832566 Zilu Gong Pharmaceutical's special legal services for the public offering of stocks on the Beijing Stock Exchange; now are donating special legal services for the public offerings of stocks on the GEM, Science and Technology Innovation Board or Beijing Stock Exchange of nearly 10 companies, including China Service Weishuo Henderson. He is a member of the foreign-related expert database of Jiangsu Lawyers Association and Suzhou Lawyers Association. From 2015 to 2017, as a legal consultant, he successfully helped 002463 Shanghai Electric Co., Ltd. acquire 29.5% of the shares of German listed company Schweizer. In 2018, as a buyer's consultant, he successfully assisted Xuzhou Greer (831641) in its acquisition of German Dora Electronics and other cases. Currently, he still serves as the buyer’s consultant for overseas mergers and acquisitions of more than ten listed companies such as Kehua Holdings (603161) and Jiuwu High-tech (300631).
